android - Need Edit PDF component which will work in objective c, java & asp.net -

I want to develop an editable PDF application that can fully edit the PDF, & amp; It should work on all platforms like Android iPhone. Please suggest a library that will work on ASP.net, iPhone. Android (Objective C and Java and Dot Net platform)
