indexing - On which OS Search.CollatorDSO is available? -

I want to search for a file system using search. CollatorDSO: 

  Provider = Search CollatorDSO; Expanded Properties = "Application = Windows"

Is Windows OS available by default to this provider? According to this, it is not installed on the web versions of Windows Server.
