qt - Squish popup menu causes the tests to get stuck -

I am writing a squash test for an application that uses a menu that slips the mouse after rotating once This means that the test is underway, the user has to move the mouse over the mouse to move forward. The app is written in QT. Does anyone have any kind of experience on this and around it?
