How to create and display Indoor Map in Android -

I want to develop an Indoor position in Android. First of all, I need to create and display an indoor map (floor plan) in Android, then I can do my work. However, I do not know how to do this. I got the same question in Stack Overflow but unfortunately it still does not have any answer. Can anyone give me the solution?
