"Speech Balloon"-like arrow for Jquery Dialog -

In my attempt to add arrows to my Jquery dialogue box, I am following the outlined approach.

However, this solution uses the ui-resizable - * sections of Jquery, but I do not want my dialog box to be actually resizable

Is there another interaction that I can use in place of resizable , or is there a way to handle resizable but disabling resizable functionality? .ui-dialog class, just adjust the arrow position bit
